The Winston-Salem Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. is a premier non-profit family organization dedicated to strengthening families through comprehensive programming and community engagement in Winston-Salem, NC. As a Five Star chapter, the organization delivers exceptional cultural, educational, social, and spiritual programming designed to foster personal and family growth across multiple age groups. The chapter serves families through structured programming that includes Tots and Pre-School Playmates, Grade K-2nd Lads and Lassies, Grade 3-5 Jr. Teens in grades 6-8, and Sr. Teens in grades 9-12, ensuring age-appropriate experiences for children at every developmental stage. Beyond family-focused activities, the Winston-Salem Chapter actively participates in community outreach initiatives and has successfully implemented the We Invest Now for Tomorrow (WIN) program, which empowers African-American youth through hands-on financial literacy and wealth-building education. The organization has demonstrated its commitment to regional excellence by hosting significant events including a successful regional cluster and the 58th Annual Mid Atlantic Regional Teen Conference, which attracted over 400 participants. With a Father's Auxiliary providing additional support and Associate Mothers contributing their expertise, the chapter creates a comprehensive network for lifelong friendships and meaningful community connections. Membership is available through legacy status or invitation, allowing qualified mothers to join this established organization that has been serving the Winston-Salem community since 1951, when it became the 37th Jack and Jill Chapter by national convention vote.
