The Waco Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders through comprehensive youth development programming. Serving families throughout Waco, TX and the surrounding Central Texas region, the organization provides structured leadership development, volunteer service opportunities, philanthropic giving initiatives, and civic engagement activities for children ages 2 to 19. The chapter's programming includes annual Cotillion presentations where participants engage in intensive eight-month curricula featuring leadership conferences, etiquette training, ballroom dancing instruction, and mandatory community service components. Members participate in diverse local community projects including partnerships with the Doris Miller YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, American Heart Association, and multiple faith-based organizations throughout the Waco area. The organization also coordinates regional conferences, retreats, and special events that bring together families from across the South Central Region. With a history spanning nearly 70 years since its establishment in 1956, the Waco Chapter has successfully guided hundreds of young people toward college matriculation and community leadership roles. The chapter currently serves families across McLennan, Hill, Bell, Bosque, Coryell, Limestone, and Falls counties, with key service areas including Woodway, Hewitt, McGregor, Robinson, Lorena, Mart, Bellmead, West, Marlin, Killeen, Temple, Belton, Hubbard, Mexia, Groesbeck, Clifton, Meridian, Hillsboro, Gatesville, Whitney, and Harker Heights. Jack & Jill of America, Inc. operates as a 501(c)(4) organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service, ensuring all programming advances the common good and general welfare of the community.
