About Stone Mountain Chapter Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
Stone Mountain Chapter Jack and Jill of America, Inc. is a dedicated membership organization serving mothers with children ages 2-19 throughout the Stone Mountain, GA area, including DeKalb and Gwinnett Counties. Since its charter in 1986, the chapter has developed comprehensive programming focused on nurturing future African American leaders through strategic leadership development, volunteer service opportunities, philanthropic giving initiatives, and civic duty engagement. The organization brings together over 80 accomplished mothers who are industry and community leaders—educators, psychologists, physicians, judges, executives, scientists, and lawyers—who implement robust programming designed to build tomorrow's leaders today. The Stone Mountain Chapter has earned national recognition for excellence, including the 2004 National Outstanding Chapter Programming Award, the 2006 National Awards for Outstanding Overall Programming and Outstanding Cultural Programming, and the prestigious 2022 Five Star Recognition at the National Convention. The chapter's teens have achieved competitive success at regional conferences, placing first in step show competitions and scrapbook categories. With a commitment to ensuring all children have the power to learn and succeed while understanding and valuing African American heritage, the Stone Mountain Chapter continues to unify and inspire change across the east Metro Atlanta region. The organization's proven track record of programming excellence, combined with the professional expertise of its mother members, creates a dynamic force dedicated to youth development and community impact.
