The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. Queen City Metropolitan Chapter is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing leadership development and gender equity across multiple critical sectors. Based in Charlotte, NC, the organization implements comprehensive advocacy initiatives and strategic partnerships focused on three primary areas: health, education, and economic empowerment. The chapter addresses systemic barriers facing Black women and girls through targeted programs including youth economic empowerment initiatives, public policy engagement, and the Building Bridges to Success program. Since its establishment in 2009, the organization has mobilized service-driven professionals to create measurable impact within the Charlotte community and beyond. The chapter combines advocacy work with collaborative networks to ensure Black women and girls have equitable access to resources, opportunities, and support systems.
