The Jackson MS Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated is a membership organization dedicated to comprehensive youth development through structured programming and community engagement. Serving Jackson, Mississippi for more than fifty years, this chapter provides families with children ages 2-19 access to educational, cultural, civic, recreational, and social activities designed to nurture future African American leaders. The organization implements programming guided by national themes and focused on five core program thrusts: Education, Cultural, Civic, Social-Recreational, and Health. Through these initiatives, Jack and Jill of America creates meaningful opportunities for children's growth and development toward successful adulthood. The Jackson MS Chapter currently comprises 56 families committed to strengthening children through leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving, and civic duty. Members benefit from structured activities that stimulate intellectual growth, cultural awareness, and community responsibility. The organization also promotes public awareness concerning child development, child quality of life, childcare, and children's rights advocacy.
