Established in 2008, this Sugar Land, TX-based chapter has quickly become a vital force in the South Central Region, which encompasses 31 chapters across Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. The organization specializes in delivering diverse programs focused on leadership development, cultural exposure, community service, legislative advocacy, and philanthropic giving for children ages 2-19. Through carefully planned annual programming activities and strategic service projects, the Sugar Land Chapter creates meaningful opportunities for youth growth and development while fostering family connections and community awareness. The chapter's core competencies include organizing community and charitable events, disseminating educational materials, and coordinating lobbying efforts that promote child development, quality of life, and children's rights. As part of the Houston Metropolitan Area's 11-chapter network, the Sugar Land Chapter maintains strong connections within the broader organization of over 245 chapters nationwide, representing more than 40,000 family members.
