Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Memphis Chapter

Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Memphis Chapter is a membership organization dedicated to developing future African-American leaders through comprehensive programming in leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving, and community involvement. Serving Memphis, TN and the surrounding region, the chapter provides structured opportunities for mothers with children ages 2-19 to engage in meaningful community service while fostering the growth and excellence of their children.

The Memphis Chapter offers multi-generational programming that includes Mother programming focused on leadership and community engagement, as well as dedicated teen and children's clusters designed to cultivate skills and confidence in young people. The organization partners with local community organizations throughout Memphis to invest in initiatives that build community, support families, and create strong foundations for children to thrive long-term. With decades of experience since its official charter in 1946, the chapter has established itself as one of the foundational chapters of Jack and Jill of America, having hosted national conventions and developed numerous regional and national leaders.

Members have served in leadership roles at the national level, including as National President, National Editor, and on various national task forces and committees.
