The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan public policy research and educational institute based in Washington, DC, dedicated to advancing the global Black community through evidence-based policy solutions and leadership development. Founded in 1976 as the research and educational arm of the Congressional Black Caucus, CBCF operates at the intersection of government, policy analysis, and civic engagement to create meaningful systemic change.
