Black Organizing for Leadership and Dignity

Black Organizing for Leadership and Dignity (BOLD) operates as a national training intermediary dedicated to transforming the practice of Black organizers throughout the United States. Based in New Market, TN, BOLD focuses on increasing alignment, impact, and sustainability among Black organizers working toward progressive change. The organization delivers comprehensive training programs designed to enhance organizer effectiveness and strategic capacity. BOLD provides ongoing coaching and technical assistance to alumni and partners, ensuring that organizational leaders have access to continuous professional development and strategic support.
