100 Black Men of Cape Fear Chapter, based in Fayetteville, NC, is a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming young lives through comprehensive mentorship and leadership development programs. Operating as part of the prestigious 100 Black Men of America, Inc., the Cape Fear Chapter delivers evidence-based mentoring services specifically designed to prepare African American youth for academic and professional success. The organization's flagship program, the E.E. Smith High School 100 Academy, serves students ages 14-17 with a carefully structured curriculum covering education, leadership development, relationship-building skills, tutoring, goal setting, health and wellness, strategic academic planning, career planning and development, and community service engagement. Since its inception in 2011, the 100 Academy has expanded from 10 male freshmen to over 30 students across all grade levels, and now includes young women participants as well.
