The organization operates grade-based groups—Little Tots for ages 2-kindergarten, Shining Stars for grades 1-3, Kids of Distinction (K.O.D.) for grades 4-6, Positive Young Teens (P.Y.T.) for grades 7-8, and Effective, Fantastic, Extraordinary (E.F.X) for grades 9-12—each with targeted programming that aligns with developmental stages. Members benefit from a national network representing over 220 chapters across 35 states and the District of Columbia, connecting over 30,000 family members.
