Alpha Nu Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is a premier student organization at the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign, dedicated to advancing educational development, economic empowerment, and community service throughout Champaign, IL and beyond. Since its establishment in 1932, the chapter has been a cornerstone of campus life and local engagement, providing innovative programming that addresses the most pressing needs of students and community members alike.

The organization operates through a comprehensive Five-Point Programmatic Thrust that structures all initiatives and services. This framework encompasses Educational Development to promote academic success, Economic Development to build financial literacy and opportunity, International Awareness and Involvement to foster global perspectives, Political Awareness and Involvement to encourage civic engagement, and Physical and Mental Health to support overall wellness. Members pride themselves on being steadfast advocates for mental health awareness in their generation, integrating this focus across all programmatic areas.
